RENAISSANCE RESEARCH & CONSULTINGsm is headed by Paul M. Gurwitz, Ph.D.
Dr. Gurwitz has been analyzing marketing and social survey data for nearly 50 years. He was formerly Vice President and Director of Technical Services, DDB Needham Worldwide. Previously, he served on the staff of BBDO's Marketing Science Department, and on the faculties of Columbia University and the City University of New York. Dr. Gurwitz has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. He is the author of a number of papers on marketing and statistical analysis.
Susan H. Metzger is in charge of RENAISSANCE's primary research consulting operation.
Ms. Metzger has been involved in marketing research for over 35 years. Before joining the company, she was Director, Corporate Marketing Research at McGraw-Hill, Inc., and previously was on the research staffs of a number of major advertising agencies, including Della Femina McNamee/WCRS, TBWA, Inc., Ogilvy & Mather, Inc., and Young & Rubicam. Ms. Metzger has a B.S. from Cornell University.
